Free Criminal Record Clearing Clinic at Ceiba to Help People Access PA’s New Clean Slate Law

On Saturday, March 23, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM, Ceiba and Community Legal Services (CLS) are organizing a criminal record clearing clinic at 174 Diamond St Philadelphia PA 19122.

Criminal record clearing helps eligible people improve their prospects for higher paying jobs.

PA law allows:

  • Many felony convictions to be sealed after 10 years

  • Most misdemeanor convictions to be sealed after 7 years

  • Automatic sealing of summary convictions after 5 years

  • Non-convictions to be expunged

  • Felony and misdemeanor charges to be pardoned
